Santiago brings his 15+ years of experience as a design thinker, entrepreneur, business strategist, iOS and web and backend developer, Industrial Designer, environments designer, systems designer, project leader for Fortune 500 companies, and craft beer maker. Santiago is also the creator of Punkpost, where beautifully handwritten cards are mailed by artists for you. Santiago acquired much of his expertise from 10 years at IDEO, a leading design and innovation firm.
